A dream

From a very young age, Josep Francesc Piñol Piñol, born in 1990, the son of a family rooted in agriculture, was curious about the cultivation of wine, achieving with his insistence, the recovery of the vineyards of their ancestors.

He started his studies at the Mercè Rossell and Domènech viticulture and oenology school in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, following his training in the Bàrbara Forés winery (DO Terra Alta), the Can Ràfols dels Caus winery (DO Penedès) and the Castelo cellars of Pedregosa (DO Penedès).

In 2008, he started the Lafarineravins project with the enthusiasm and support of his family, providing wine knowledge and his personality and creativity when making wines. Project that continues in full force at present.
